The site embodies an urban forest concept, offering a respite from the daily city life.
The design initiative aims to establish a haven for users to reconnect with nature, fostering a sense of inner peace and relaxation, and to bridge the gap between residential areas and the adjacent nature park.
The initiative also aims to extend the post-retirement phase for the elderly, offering opportunities for engagement and learning through community activities within the park.
The overarching goal is to foster a spiritual connection to both nature and community, providing a serene environment for individuals to unwind and relax.

​The masterplan concept combines elements of wilderness, fusion, and extension, aiming to craft an untamed aesthetic enriched with intangible components, uniquely showcased within the community's distinctive locale.

passive design strategies
To address water supply challenges on the site and as a symbolize the project, a rainwater harvesting structure is implemented. This strategic addition not only alleviates water scarcity issues but also serves as a distinctive and representative feature of the overall project.

​The ground floor is strategically planned to fulfill the fundamental requirements of the building, functioning seamlessly as a community garden. It incorporates designated spaces for gardening activities, a market area, and a pantry (canteen). This arrangement establishes an efficient production line, facilitating the cultivation, provisioning, and acquisition of produce within the community space.
